As we sell our product and service with the help of our direct sellers called distributors. We need to identify their identity while they come into contract with the company to sell a product or service.
The collecting such info. is basic to operate a better business and we need to pay commission/incentive/bonus directly to their account using such asked information.
We collect this information online and then verify it with the next step that includes to verify it online by OTP and other possible methods and then may asked distributor to provide such info. offline at out DPC (Distributor Pick Center) that are Authorized Center that stores the product in different regions. ex. a City or Town.
